Just had a triton T100XR shower (cold mains supply) The pressure is very low although the mains is high?

The shower could have been wrongly connected to the outlet from the cold water tank. To test if it has turn off mains stop tap ( usually under the sink ) turn on shower if it continues to run for say 2 minutes you will have to get it reconnected to the cold mains supply
