On RDR, once youve become Jack, what do you do?

You must go to Blackwater. There you will meet a man near the train station. (He will be marked as another Stranger mission). When you find this man you will activate the game's true final mission "Remember My Family." I won't spoil the ending, just follow the path that you are given when the mission is activated.
