Are wearing Speedos considered faux pas?

no one thinks bikinis are faux pas and you see some terrible looking girls in them. If a guy looks good in a speedo then it's not a faux pas. Most Americans will tell you that speedos are awful even when worn by the hottest guys. Americans have more hang ups about their bodies than any other nation. This is no wonder as America also happens to be the fattest nation on the planet with the most amount of censorship! People should wear what they want. If it is comfortable and looks good, go for it!
