URGENT!! need help!!!?

so im trying to conceive..had a hsg..everything seemed to be clear..than i had a laparoscopy since i have pcos..she found some sort of a capsule which prevented me from getting a natural period unless i took contraceptives..i had my laparoscopy on the 20th of august and me and my husband have been trying ever ssince but i started my period today..and iv never had such bad pelvic pains in my life..when i urinate blotches of blood clots come out..i was hoping to become pregnant.is it too soon? my peiod is extremely heavy..this is the first time in 5 years that iv started it on my own...so when can i conceive and why do i have really bad period pains?? thankyou so much!
