Help with history project, please?

I have to make a small poster of why Harding was a bad President because I am supposed to be "campaigning against him." I am trying to think of ONE word to sum him up. If someone could help me with that (finding one word to describe Warren G. Harding or his work in office and explain why) that would be very helpful. Thanks.
