My Macaw has 2 red bumps on its face. Otherwise Normal behavior. Is it a Pimpl? Should I be concerned?

That same thing happened to my blue and gold macaw. I had just brought her outside, so I umed it was a bug bite. I mixed corn starch with water until it was a pasty texture, and then I put that on the bump. The swelling had completely dissapeared the next day, and the redness was gone soon after! You could also give a little Apple Cider Vinegar a try by applying it directly onto the bump.
