Incubating bearded dragon eggs?

I am going to be incubating some bearded dragon eggs. I have read that the temp should remain at 82 to 84 degrees. Is this correct? Also I have gotten really different opinions on how high the humidity level should be. I have seen anywhere from 50 to 90%. Does anyone have experience with incubating beardie eggs? Thanks so much!
