My Mouth Is Still Numb?

Okay, so I had a filling on Friday and it's Monday morning now. The gum around my tooth is still slightly numb and my tounge is 3/4 numb. The dentist gave me 3 shots of Novocaine... Should I be worried? I rang the dentist who said it was normal but I don't think it is. Should I go to the ER?
