Chai tea recipes?!? Please answer?

I don't have a lot of money, but I'm addicted to this chai-on-ice at a cafe I go to, Joe Sippers. Is there any yummy, cheap recipe for chai that i can drink hot, on ice, or add some ice cream to and make a frappe that uses mainly ingredients I can find in my moms cabinet and take to my apartment or but at walmart? thanks :)
