I just had foot surgery 4 days ago. I won't have the stitches out for another 2 weeks! Any suggestions on workouts I can get in during this time. I need to keep working out!!! Running is going to obviously be an issue. (Ok, so "uncool" alert: I had a bunion removed! Flexing my toes is an issue right now. Besides, if one isn't careful, a second surgery may be needed years down the road.)
