Which is which? positive/negative?

Well Timothy...The white is positive and the black is negative.. and if your not sure get a multimeter with a DC scale put the red on the white the black on the black and read the positive voltage...reverse the leads and read the negative ...Nearly all the x-formers that hang on the wall like that are cl II...There ya go I'm positive...no i don't have a stripe...From the E
