Which place is better to live in florida? bal harbour or surfside?

i have been offered a job offer in florida that pays 85k in the city of miami. me, my wife and my daughter have decided to move to miami-dade county. we can't decide between surfside or bal harbour. we are looking for a single family home (preferably a pool too but it's not that important.) we definitely want beach access though. my daughter will be starting the 3rd grade next year and she will go to bal harbour elementary school that serves bal harbour and surfside too. she will then go to miami beach middle school and high school because surfside and bal harbour go there. which town out of the two do you think is best for a family? thanks
