Why are somalians disgusting?

my grandma works at the hospital in town and she says that they will come in and... wait for it... poop on the floor so somebody comes out to help them. its always them and this has happened on many many occasions. And they always stink when i walk by them and it doesn't help when they bathe in Cologne. They are always loud and just gross. and i live in minnesota so we have a lot of them. im not racist but this is disgusting and they should all be shipped back to somalia. so why do they act like this?
