Why isn't pentane used in fuel gas, gasoline, or kerosene?

I have no idea why it isn't used in any of these common products. It has a density of 0.626 g/cc, a freezing point of -129 degrees C, and a boiling point of 36 degrees C, which are similar to the other substances found in petroleum, such as butane, hexane, and heptane.
