Would going to the media put heat on the military to resolve an issue that keeps getting pushed under the rug.

Not to sound mean, but based on my 11 years as a military investigator, is this a real or did you wake up one morning, hungover and realize you and him had ridden the horse with 2 backs. In either case, I find it hard to believe that the military is not doing anything. My unit always gave 150% to cases. Maybe you should doent everything and send it to the inspector general, a copy to your congress person and senators.
