Acceptable Privileges for a 16 Year Old Girl?

I am 16 years old, and live in southern Indiana. I live with my mom, step-dad, and little half-sister. My dad was killed in an accident when I was younger and I have an older sister with a son that lives nearby. My parents are extremely strict, and I want to present to them a presentation on why I should have more privelileges, and what they should be. What do you think are acceptable? I maintain a 3.6 GPA, am an advanced ballet dancer, tumbler, and swimmer. I constantly do chores around the house. Example: I wake everyone up in the mornings, make the coffee, cook breakfast, make lunches, and when I get home at night I cook dinner. I want to know what normal teens should be allowed to do, and how I can present this to them. I have a boyfriend who is 19, and have been very good friends with him for around 3 years before we started dating. I want to be able to see him and go out with him more, and also just go and be with my friends more. I am a generally good person: I do not drink, I do not smoke, sneak out, or lie (very often...). I have been caught in a lie only twice, but had good reasons. I just want to enjoy my junior year! What should I be able to do? Thank youuu! :)
