Urgent help neeeded pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee…

okay ive burnt my skin with a spatula, on my **** dont ask how ! , it was pressed on my skin for bout 1-4 max seconds, it is a browny pink colour with litle patches of red and a little part of it seems to be returning to normal skin colour, how do you prevent it from becoming affected, i use savlon antiseptic cream and once the skin stops weeping im going to use germolene gel, any advice on how to preveent infection and to get arid of the burn, also information on what kind of burn it is e.g 1st,2nd would be helpful = P)
