I have a 94.78 gpa over my first two years in high school, would that be considered good by top 30 colleges?

i understand there are many other things that go into consideration, but gpa is most important i've heard. So I just want to know that, just by looking at my gpa, if I would at least be considered by U.S. news top 30, (tufts, boston college, university of rochester, penn, princeton, university of virginia, northwestern...cornell...for example)...i have many leadership and extracurriculars (varsity sports, music, town council committee, internships at hospitals)...
